Returns/Exceptions

If you are unhappy with your purchase, your order can be returned within 14 days.

Please ensure the candle is in the same quality/packaging as shipped and has not been used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Candle Care is the responsibility of the user: Please follow our Candle care instructions. House of Belamole Candles are handcrafted using natural soy wax, an uneven burn is not a quality issue and is proof of using a natural non toxic wax (Vegan friendly).
